OnePlus announced its latest handsets, the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro at its launch event on 14 April. The phones went on sale in the UK on 21 April, and in the US on 29 April. Prices start at £599/US$699. We’re keeping tabs on which retailers you can pick it up from and the best offers.

The OnePlus 8 phones beef up on 7T specs. Aside from better cameras with a dedicated colour filter (and a fourth camera on the Pro model), both phones feature faster Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 octa-core processors and 5G connectivity.

The 8 Pro gains IP68 waterproofing, wireless charging and a 120Hz refresh rate. We’ll spare you the tech spec geekery in this article, as we’re focusing on deals, but you can see our coverage here for everything there is to know about the new OnePlus 8 phones.

OnePlus 8 & 8 Pro SIM-free price

The OnePlus 8 range is available at different price points depending on the configuration you choose directly from OnePlus.

US shoppers can pick up a free pair of Bullets Wireless Z earphones with the OnePlus 8 that are worth £49.95/US$49.95 separately.

The phones are available in Onyx Black and Glacial Green only in the UK, while the US gets the additional colours Interstellar Glow and Ultramarine Blue.

Best OnePlus 8 & 8 Pro contract deals

Three is the only network provider offering the OnePlus 8 phones. Its cheapest plan offers 4GB of data for £29 upfront and £44 per month. You can opt for unlimited data for £55 per month instead. See its OnePlus 8 deals or OnePlus 8 Pro deals.

In the US you can get 50% off the OnePlus 8 when you buy the device with Sprint (on an 18-month term, no upfront cost, US$14.58 per month, was $29.17).

Meanwhile, US customers who opt to buy via T-Mobile can also get up to 50% off the OnePlus 8 (on a 24-month term, no upfront cost, US$14.58 per month, was $29.17)
