Get Free COD Cold War with Google Pixel 5 and 100GB Data

The Black Friday sales season is here! The best deals are often not on Amazon. The prices shown below are the best available now, though you may need to buy quickly as some deals will sell out.

Okay, now here’s a Black Friday deal to get excited about: right now, you can pick up a free copy of the latest Call of Duty game on Xbox Series X when you buy the Google Pixel 5 via Carphone Warehouse.

Just scroll all the way to the bottom of the list to find the offer. (Of course, if you prefer, you can pick up FIFA 21 instead for the same price). Don’t worry if you don’t have the latest console, the game is backward-compatible and should also work on the Xbox One.

COD: Black Ops Cold War is a direct sequel to the original COD: Black Ops, and is set at the height of the Cold War. The plot revolves around a CIA mission to hunt down the Soviet spy Persius. You can play both single-player and multiplayer modes (including ones where you fight zombies).

The first person shooter costs £54.99 if you order it from any major retailer such as Amazon, John Lewis, Argos or Currys PC World – and it’s hard to come by major discounts as the game only released 13 November, which makes Carphone Warehouse’s offer particularly enticing.

The Pixel 5 itself is also a new release, of course, having launched just last month. In his review, our Consumer Tech Editor Alex Walker-Todd called Google’s latest 5G handset a “reliable all-rounder,” and “a great long-term purchase – both in terms of software support and based on the fact that 5G infrastructure continues to improve”. The phone boasts an excellent camera as well, thanks to Google’s impressive software and image processing support. It’s no wonder the Pixel 5 received 4.5/5 stars and a Tech Recommended badge.

Head to Carphone Warehouse to bag COD Black Ops Cold War for free with the Pixel 5. We’re separately tracking the best Google Pixel 5 deals across every retailer here.
